ABOUT

I am a travel and documentary photographer driven by curiosity and a deep fascination for people, cultures, and the many ways of living across the world. I approach photography not only as a form of expression, but as a way to tell meaningful, human-centered stories.

My work focuses on remote communities as well as on documenting social realities and contemporary issues, often in places on the edge of modernity, where traditions, identities, and ways of life are constantly evolving.

Through an intimate and respectful approach, I aim to capture the dignity, resilience, and complexity of the people I encounter.

I travel almost continuously, following stories that deserve to be seen and remembered. Every journey challenges my perspective and deepens my understanding of what it means to be human.

Through my photography, I hope to evoke a sense of curiosity and awareness, encouraging others to look closer, question, and feel.

I Mondi Nascosti dei Popoli Surma is a photographic book combining visual storytelling and text with a documentary and educational purpose. It explores the cultural world of the Mursi and Suri tribes of Ethiopia’s Omo Valley, offering an intimate insight into their traditions, identities, and ways of life.

Created to raise awareness and bring these realities closer to an Italian audience, the book aims to document and share cultures that remain largely unknown. It was published with the support and patronage of the Natural History Museum of Salento.
